| A. | Yes, we can provide all the necessary documents needed by the buyer such as Philippine BFAD (bureau of food and drug) certificate, certificate of Analysis and other documents needed by the buyer. |

How is the price quoted? |
| A. | All prices are quoted based on FOB Manila. Any special request like CIF or CNF Manila will be subjected for recomputation of the pricelist. |

What is the lead time from confirmed order of goods to ship out? |
| A. | If the clients intends to order through our online purchase system, he will be provided with login name and password.
The client can also make his own purchase order and email it to us.
Proforma invoice will therefore be sent via email and to be signed by the buyer.
It will take approximately 3-4 weeks for the goods to be shipped out. |

What is the minimum order? |
| A. | Minimum order is 1 x 20 foot full container load (FCL). We discourage buyers from buying less than 1 full container load since freight cost for loose cargo is expensive. |

| A. | Payment terms will be telegraphic transfer, 100% of the total invoice value within 1 week from our receipt of pro-forma invoice duly signed by the buyer.
Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight is also another option.
